All net-Contacts services include FREE telephone and email support. No matter which service you choose, our highly-trained support staff are only a phone call away.
With net-Contacts List Builder, collecting email addresses is easy. We will create
an email collection form at your web site. Subscribers will receive your customized
welcome message.
Email address will be automatically stored in and managed by Lyris database. There
is no administration overhead on your end. You can also import existing email
addresses. Your account can be activated any time to send emails. To activate,
just choose from our Full Serve or Self Serve programs.

Note:
- The above
rates apply to emails smaller than 20KB. Emails larger than 20KB will be counted
as more emails, e.g., 100 40KB emails will be counted as 200 20KB emails.
- Additional Units/mo.
The base monthly rate includes storage of email addresses in your list and up to one mailing per month to the list. A unit is considered either an email address or an additional mailing to an email address. Units are sold in blocks of 1,000.
For example, if your list grows to 4,500 email addresses, that puts you at the 5,000 unit service level, and you would be charged an additional $12.50 for the extra 1,000 units for that month. Or, lets say you did 2 mailings in a month to your list of 4,000 email addresses. That would be an additional 4,000 units for the month and you would incur an extra cost of $50.00, ($12.50 x 4).
- Software
support and training include areas that are related to email composition, email
testing, email delivery, and membership management. Live telephone Training for
net-Contacts Self Serve subscribers is only provided once.
- TERMS and CONDITIONS: The usage of NetLiance net-Contacts services is governed by NetLiance Service Agreement.
