How do I transfer my domain name?

Once your hosting account is set up on our server, you will receive a Welcome email which will contain detailed information about your account including instructions about transferring your domain name.

If you registered or renewed your domain name through NetLiance, we will make the necessary changes for you at No Additional Charge.

All domain transfers must go through InterNIC. Only the Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, or Billing Contact specified in the domain registration have the authority to transfer the domain to another server. After you authorize the transfer, it may take several days for your domain name to be pointed to our server, depending on the load at InterNIC, and propagation.

By transferring your domain to one of our servers you acknowledge and accept the respective terms and conditions in the NetLiance SERVICES AGREEMENT. Click here to read the entire agreement.

We Can Do It for You
NetLiance can provide assistance on a fee basis should you run into problems with the transfer of your domain. For certain hosting plans, the fee may be waived. Please contact us at 1 (877) 459-6709 should you need help.
