We take pride in the services we provide to our customers. Our goal is to give you exceptional value at a great price.

For our Hosting Customers: If you are not delightfully satisfied with our hosting services,simply let us know within 30 days how we may have served you better, and we will gladly give you a refund of your hosting fees. Please note that the setup fee is not refundable.

For our Web Site Design and Custom Programming customers:
A deposit of 50% is all we need to get your project started. At every step of the project, we will get your feedback and provide you our input. You will only need to pay the remaining balance when your satisfaction warrants your site finally going live. Milestone payments may be set for large projects.
